    Features

    • Perfluoropolyether (PFPE) fluid is a type of PFPE product characterized by low polymerization degree, low molecular weight, low boiling point, and low viscosity.
    • Compared to other fluorinated fluids available in the market (hydrofluoroethers, hydrofluorocarbons, perfluorocarbons, and perfluoroketones), it exhibits more stable properties and is more environmentally friendly compared to perfluorocarbons.

    Application

    1. Liquid Cooling: Used for liquid cooling in data center servers, including immersion cooling, eliminating the need for air conditioning, which significantly reduces data center power consumption. The PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) can be reduced to below 1.1, achieving more than 85% energy savings compared to traditional air cooling systems.
    2. Heat Conducting Fluid: Used in the semiconductor, electronics, fuel cell, and solar energy industries, primarily for maintaining or controlling process temperatures at a certain set level to avoid potential material damage risks.
    3. Electronic Test Solution: Suitable for reliability testing in the semiconductor and electronics industries, including thermal shock and airtightness testing.
    4. Gas Phase Welding Fluid: Utilizes the latent heat of condensation from fluorinated fluid vapor to melt solder paste, ensuring reliable metal connections. This product has a narrow temperature range with more precise temperature control, and its higher boiling point accommodates the higher working temperatures required for lead-free soldering.
    5. Electronic Cleaning Fluid: Fluorinated fluid is colorless, odorless, non-toxic, with low surface tension and good penetration. It is highly effective for cleaning fine and stubborn contaminants, making it an ideal specialized cleaning solution for electronic components and circuit boards.
    6. Acid Spill Treatment: Fluorinated fluid is chemically inert, highly hydrophobic, and has a high density (lower than fuming sulfuric acid), as well as being non-flammable. It is completely incompatible with fuming sulfuric acid and can be used as a continuous covering material to mitigate spills of fuming sulfuric acid or sulfuric acid.
