Description

HR-176B Perfluoropolyether fluoride grease A high-viscosity, long-life grease made from chemically stable perfluoropolyether oil (PFPE) as a base oil, thickened with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) powder, and refined with special anti-corrosion additives. Fluorin grease is specially developed for machinery with high maintenance costs or continuous operation. It is an efficient, long life, safe and reliable grease with excellent performance used in the abnormal cycle state. It is mainly suitable for the lubrication of various bearings, gears, chains and transmission mechanical parts under the harsh environment of high temperature, high load, enhanced corrosion and strong oxidation. It is also suitable for the lubrication and dynamic seal between various valves, plugs, plastics and metal, metal and rubber parts under the ring of high and low temperature or chemical corrosive medium.

Features

▲Thermal stability: good viscosity temperature, suitable for -40℃-280℃ (measurable temperature), can maintain long-term thermal stability at 280℃ high temperature, no hardening and deterioration, no chemical decomposition below 340℃, no carbon and sediment;

▲Chemical stability: It will not be affected and eroded by boiling sulfuric acid, fuming nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid, strong oxidant, water, water vapor, molten caustic soda;

▲Resin and metal compatibility: chemical stability, no action with all metals at no higher than 206℃, compatible with plastics;

▲Oxygen resistance: strong resistance to liquid and gas;

▲No combustion: no flash point, no spontaneous combustion, no reaction with oxygen ▲(even in 100% liquid or gaseous oxygen does not spontaneous combustion);

▲Radiation stability: has superior radiation stability, passed the UF6 test;

▲Stability with Lewic acid: Especially in the semiconductor industry, it is very stable to lewic acid.
